The most memorable part of the civics project was presenting the project to others. I enjoyed informing people of our topic and noticing that people were interested and concerned about our topic. It made me feel that we can make a difference in our community.

I found that the most interesting part about this class project was seeing and observing other people’s views on issues they found important, not only did I learn more about my peers, but this project also encouraged me to take into account other people’s thoughts.

I liked the part about meeting other important adults in our district, and then seeing and hearing about our work. It made me feel appreciated, especially when they acknowledged our project. I think it’s an interesting way of getting our community of students together. Not only this but it’s a way to get our voices heard. As teenagers people don’t take us as seriously so having this opportunity mean a lot.
